The Guillotine Project was inspired by the song Guillotine from Stray From The Path.
This is a small project I did after a short break from doing my diner project, and thought I should start with something small before another big project.
I tried to stay as accurate as possible when researching the French Guillotine.
Everything was modelled in Blender, textured in Substance Painter and rendered in Unreal Engine 5.
The asset has three texture maps, each 2048 resolution to help accommodate quality that is deserving of the bigger pieces.
The rope does have a very high polycount as I wanted it to be very smooth and high definition.
